The trailer for Alia Bhatt's Gangubai Kathiawadi is now out. The teaser for the film, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, was published in February 2021, and the trailer has now been unveiled after a lengthy wait.

Gangubai is shown struggling for her rights in the teaser. Vijay Raaz and Jim Sarbh also appear in the teaser. Vijay plays a transgender character who is at odds with Gangubai. The film's production was completed in June 2021. "This film and set has gone through two lockdowns.. two cyclones.. director and actor receiving Covid during the filming!!!"
