Google CEO Sundar Pichai And His Wife Anjali Pichai's Sweet Love Story

Sundar Pichai’s story is a simple tale of two souls who met in college and fell in love.

Interesting Story: It was the time, when he was in college - Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur to be precise, where he met his future wife, Anjali. He was pursuing a degree in Metallurgical Engineering during those days. They were from the same batch and Anjali was his classmate.

Gradually, as they became good friends, their feelings for each other grew and true love developed in their hearts. When they were in their final year of engineering, Sundar proposed to Anjali and fortunately - she said yes!

He had once said - "Sometimes, at the girl’s hostel, he had to walk in the front and request someone to call them. And they’d go in and loudly say - Anjali, Sundar is here. It wasn’t exactly a pleasant experience."

Sundar had to leave for the USA to study abroad. Anjali was still living in India, and because Sundar was not earning by himself and didn't get job, the two could not talk to each other. Sundar and Anjali did not speak to each other for 6 long months.

Absence does make the heart grow fonder! Therefore, staying away for such a lengthy period brought them closer to each other.

After securing a job in USA, Sundar, asked her parents if he could marry their daughter Anjali. Soon they tied the knot and started living together in the USA.

After their wedding, Anjali and Sundar went on to stay in the USA. Both of them still lives there as per the date updated for this post.

Today, they both live in the USA in a beautifully interior designed home, they love simplicity in their life, and are now the parents to a girl and a boy named Kavya and Kiran.
