Synopsis: A super officer tries to find the mastermind behind a string of thefts and murders, but things get personal as his family becomes puppets in the criminal's game.

Valimai, which means as "strong," opens with a gloomy police commissioner standing on his high-rise apartment's balcony in Chennai. He's in his pajamas, but sleep eludes him since lawlessness and chaos have taken over. Despite having the whole police force at his disposal and access to cutting-edge technology, he stares over the city and wonders who will defend its citizens.

The primary antagonist, Kartikeya Gummakonda, is addressed in such a way that the top officer thinks his pleas for aid would reach the saviour, who will liberate the city from Satan's grasp. After a lengthy build-up, we are finally set to meet our hero, Arjun (Ajith Kumar).

Mysterious killings, chain snatchings, and drug trafficking have all been reported in Visakhapatnam. The commissioner of Visakhapatnam, unable to control crime, hires ACP Arjun (Ajith Kumar) from Vijayawada to bring calm to the port city. Arjun tries to crack the code with the help of Narcotic Bureau officer Sophia (Huma Qureshi) in order to discover the secret website Rag Brower.
