Akshay Kumar's Bachchan Pandey to Release on March 18 This Holi

Akshay Kumar, the Bollywood actor, said on Tuesday that his forthcoming film "Bachchan Pandey" will be released in theaters on March 18, the Holi celebration. The film also stars Kriti Sanon, Arshad Warsi, Pankaj Tripathi, Jacqueline Fernandez and Prateik Babbar.

The action-comedy is directed by Farhad Samji of “Housefull 4” fame and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

The film was supposed to be released on January 26, however theaters in Delhi have been closed since the end of December 2021 due to an increase in COVID-19 and Omicron cases.

Many highly anticipated films, including "RRR," "Radhe Shyam," "Acharya," and "Valimai," have been postponed as a result.

Kriti Sanon, Arshad Warsi, Pankaj Tripathi, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Prateik Babbar also feature in "Bachchan Pandey."
